Advisory for increased European outreach: both in terms of revenue growth (automotive/other mobility/power/high tech sectors) as well as M&A for engineering services companies that have synergies.
Assist HTL on key accounts in Europe with leading OEMs/automotive manufacturers.
M&A deal finalised: HIPS successfully sourced & analysed a majority investment in Drive System Design (DSD), an advanced and fast-growing engineering services company in the UK (£1M-5M EBITDA, 150 employees).
Hinduja Tech Acquires Drive System Design
Revenue Growth: HIPS sourced and analysed a strategic partnership for HTL to become a value-added reseller (VAR) for a leading ERP system. Incremental sales of a few million USD are expected over the next years. Deal signed.
